Eligibility Criteria for CM Punjab Solar Panel Distribution Program (Phase II)
- CNIC & residence: The applicant should possess proper CNIC and the premises to own / occupy.
- Electricity consumption
- Tier A 100 units/month or less (12-mo avg) 100 % subsidy
- Tier B (101-200 units/month) 75 % subsidy (25 % co-pay)
- Meter status: You must be able to use a bi-directional (net-metering-ready) meter, or agree to upgrade.
- No previous solar subsidy: Already homes receiving any type of federal/ provincial solar subsidy in the last 5 years are ineligible.

- Capital Subsidy: Offered basing on 80 percent Punjab ADP (Annual Development Programme).
- Concessional Loan Component: 20 % under Bank of Punjab & commercial banks 3% fixed over 5 years (in case of Tier B households).
